"Taking joyous, ecstatic note..."
"Why do they not teach you that time is a finger snap and an eye blink, and that you should not allow a moment to pass you by without taking joyous, ecstatic note of it, not wasting a single moment of its swift, breakneck circuit?" the late GREAT Pat Conroy
We're all about embracing life and doing what we love while we still can! In our mid-60s we are in good health and that's something to take "joyous, ecstatic note of" right there! So for as long as we can and for as long as we both want to, it's Let's Live There! for us! It's a life of travel as much as we can while we take time to spend with our precious family - my dad is the only parent we have left and we always get back to Missouri to see him between trips. We try to spend a week or two or three with him every 6 - 9 weeks or so. We know that the time is approaching when we'll need to stop traveling and take care of him full time, and we will gladly do that! We also take time to spend with our two sons and their wives and our four darling grandchildren! With one set living in Denver and one set traveling the world after living in Pennsylvania for the last 5 years we get plenty of travel just seeing them! And in between, we travel to destinations near and far to whatever place makes us say, "Let's Live There! And that's what I'm taking joyous, ecstatic note of today. What about you?
